Services & repairs to NECTA, WITTENBORG, GAGGIA, SAECO or SGL branded coffee and vending machines direct from the manufacturer.

Ad Hoc machine repairs are, unavoidably, not cheap. The number of ad hoc repairs you are likely to need over the lifetime of your coffee or vending machine can be greatly reduced by having a simple schedule of pre-emptive maintenance services in place.

Cafexpress Ltd are pleased to be able to offer you up to £140.00 discount on any additional EVOCA services carried in conjuction with this ad hoc machine repair.


What you will be purchasing here is as follows:

  • Attendance of one of EVOCA 's highly trained engineers at your own premises.
  • Target response time is 24 hours but may be longer for customers in the more remote areas.
  • Up to a maximum 1 hour of that vending engineer's time at your premises.
  • The option to purchase additional time on site, if required, at our currently prevailing labour rate.
  • A comprehensive 'health check' of your vending machine to investigate the reported problem and to any identify any further issues that may require attention.
  • An immediate fix of all identified problems and/or a further estimate for any additional parts and/or labour that may be required.

What we need to do that for you:

  • As much information on your machine (brand, model, serial number, last service date, etc) as can be provided.
  • Your best possible description of the problem being experienced and any history that may be relevant to it.
  • Access to both site and machine location (including on-site parking) during normal weekday working hours.
  • A nominated person, with due authority, for our engineer to liaise with and sign off paperwork once his/her time on site is completed.
  • Any pictures or files that may be helpful in the identification/resolution of the reported problem.

How to proceed:

  • Add this service product to your shopping basket.
  • Proceed to step 1 of checkout and complete the fields needed to create your account.
  • Complete the 7 machine and site specific fields that appear immediately under the 'REFERENCE' field during checkout.
  • If relevant use field 7, 'File Upload', to send any digital pictures and/or files that may be helpful.
  • Complete the checkout process and make payment.

What happens next?

  • The above process will automatically generate your booking and return you a VAT invoice for your payment.
    (If you need a written quotation please use the 'pro-forma' link at the bottom of the page just before final checkout.)
  • Your booking will then be reviewed and we will contact you with any questions and an estimated date/time of attendance.
  • In the unlikely event that we can't attend for any reason you will receive a credit note and a full refund within 24 hours.

Finalising the job:

  • Once the work is complete the attending engineer(s) will need a report signed off for the work he/she has carried out.
  • Please read the work report before signing it off as once signed off, unless marked to the effect of 'return visit required', the job is closed down.
