Roasted Coffee Beans ...

For Coffee Machines with Bean Grinders:

The process behind making a good coffee blend is known as #39;Coffee Cupping#39;, the art of identifying the constituent tastes and aromas of as yet unblended coffee beans.

The art here being to measure key aspects of each batch of coffee bean#39;s taste, specifically the body (the texture or mouthfeel, such as oiliness), sweetness, acidity (a sharp and tangy feeling, like when biting into an orange), flavour (the characterestics in the cup), and the aftertaste left behind once the coffee has been drunk.

From there a skilled Coffee Taster will determine the mix of each bean type, and the degree of roast each bean type requires, to produce a finished roast coffee bean blend of consistent qualities, batch after batch after batch.
